This is my favorite place to buy dog books. This link is a reccomended reading list for pet owners. I don't think you need to read all of them but I highly reccomend the Culture Clash by Donaldson and The Other End of the Leash by Patricia McConnell. Don't Shoot the Dog by Karen Pryor is more technical learning theory but I fond that these principles work well with husbands and kids as well as dogs:)
